Divorce can leave you with questions you never thought you'd be asking... *Fearing how you will survive financially *Worrying how this will affect your children *Confused on how and if you should hire a lawyer *Overwhelmed by the court processes and how it all works *Wondering if you will ever be happy again and what that will look like *Fearing the what your new reality will look like *Lost and overwhelmed by everything that is happening and feeling alone These are just a few things that may be keeping you up at night, and as I know from personal experience, the list seems endless. But there is a way to navigate it with clarity and intention, keeping you from feeling like you are drowning in life. One on one sessions provide personalized guidance and clarity unique to your story. In our sessions I will help you navigate through the unknowns – both the personal and legal aspects of divorce. Together, we work towards reaching the other side, where we rise above the conflict, see through the chaos, build resilience, and cultivate confidence. It's about turning the page and embracing the true gift of a new chapter. No woman should face the complexities of divorce alone, and my mission is to ensure you have the support you need to navigate the challenges. We will use a series of talk therapy, journaling, breathe work, and mindful movement to build a deeper connection between your mind and body helping to fully embody who you truly are. After each session you will receive a recorded version of our time together. This will allow you to go back and recap anything you have missed or just want to spend a little extra time on. You will receive: 60 minutes of personalized coaching Via Zoom Recording of each of our zoom sessions A safe and non judgmental space Empowerment and guidance to begin living an authentic life

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to session time to receive credit towards next appointment. No refunds will be given.
